This blend of organic herbs, has been carefully selected by a naturopath to help support the nervous system. Herbs used in this blend, including chamomile, lemon balm and lavender, have traditionally been used to help relax and calm the nervous system. This is a gentle herbal blend, with subtle hints of mint and lemon, complemented by the soft floral tones of chamomile and lavender.

This blend is caffeine free.
